Hunter Blair Homes is a multi-year winner of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association / Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council Gold Professionalism Award. The Gold Professionalism Award, or “Gold Obie,” is an annual award presented to Atlanta homebuilders, on an individual project basis, in recognition of achieving the highest level of homebuilding excellence. Builders and real estate professionals from across the United States judge the nominated homes using the following criteria to determine the annual winner of this coveted award:

QUALITY - Craftsmanship, quality of materials, interior/exterior finishes and execution of unique details
CONTEXT - Overall appeal, character and general beauty of the project
DESIGN - Proportion, aesthetics, appropriate use of materials
FLOOR PLAN - Layout, indoor/outdoor relationships, function and design
IMPRESSION - Overall first impression, impact and lasting impression
LIVING AREA - Comfort, flow, privacy, warmth and character
FEATURES - Ceilings, lighting, millwork, multiple amenities, uniqueness
INNOVATIVENESS - Response to the target market and delivery of well-executed, innovative ideas
